Kaleb oversees development of long-term strategic direction and key business initiatives. His desire to automate the building construction process led to his discovery of the innovative technology that now sets Genesis Dimensions apart as a leader in the market.
Prior to co-founding Genesis Dimensions, Kaleb was a business analyst for a venture capital firm. His primary responsibility was over seed stage investments in the energy and healthcare sectors. As such, he was actively involved in every stage of creation, implementation, and expansion of new business ideas. Kaleb holds a bachelor’s (BA) degree in history from Pepperdine University, and a juris doctor (JD) from Faulkner University, concentrating on venture capital law and entrepreneurship.

As a driven, self-motivated individual, Casey has the necessary skills to implement ideas and to lead any team. He is an experienced Chemical Engineer and possess a background in end to end process development, applications engineering, and manufacturing. Casey finds great joy out of intertwining his expertise in the establishment of solid creations. He is passionate about utilizing engineering and creative solutions to actualize challenging ideas and disruptive technologies. He hopes to bring his expertise onto the team to provide an expert’s perspective on the materials process.
Casey is collaborating with industry leaders to develop proprietary and economical material solutions for construction automation. He is engineering robust and affordable solutions to speed construction times and increase throughput. His extensive expertise in a wide array of fields will enable him to have a three dimensional view on the process.
Software Lead, Co-Founder
Ben is a well-rounded software engineer with more than 15 years of programming experience and 8 years of professional experience in the banking and insurances industry. He spent several years working for investment banks UBS and J.P. Morgan, for which he wrote Foreign Exchange and Credit Risk applications. His field of expertise lies in multithreaded environments, service oriented architecture (incl. microservices), algorithmic trading and cloud computing. Ben has considerable experience in building web applications from scratch or with the help of a variety of frameworks.
Ben earned his Bachelor in liberal arts and a Master equivalent in Computer Science/Software Engineering with emphasis on technology from University of Applied Sciences Berne, Switzerland.
At Genesis Dimensions Ben leads the Software department. He and his team are responsible for laying out an entire software architecture to take a CAD file and convert it into a printable object.
Robotics & Automation Lead
Eric Compton is a licensed Control Systems Engineer with over 15 years of experience in Industrial Automation and custom motion applications. After kickstarting his career by providing control systems to help support altitude testing for military turbine engines, he has spent the last decade providing turn-key solutions and integration for large scale process and packaging customers around the world. Applications include 3-D pick-place Delta robots, 4 axis palletizing robots, and full integration of OEM equipment into existing and new production facilities. Eric currently serves as President and Principal Engineer of Arrington Automation providing customers with Control System Design and Architecture services as well as Process and Machine Safety expertise.
Eric is currently in charge of the design and development of all robotic and automated systems for Genesis Dimensions.
